- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Publish 2+ industry white papers annually on future tech trends
- Mentor a team of 5+ senior technologists and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives (>$10M budget)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and academic research centers
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
