Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) with 2026 commercialization targets

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technology trends

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, sustainability metrics, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-cultural teams
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
