You'll shape our 5-year technology roadmap while identifying disruptive opportunities in AI ethics, decentralized systems, and climate-tech integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI/ML adoption, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record architecting technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, decentralized systems, climate tech
- Executive-level experience with strategic planning and M&A technology integration
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTSP) or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience scaling technology teams across multiple international markets
