Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Develop patent strategies and IP frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market disruption
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
