Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning innovations with market demands and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructures
- Anticipate emerging tech disruptions through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2025+ tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient with future-tech simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, COMSOL)
