Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Drive internal skilling initiatives across engineering and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
