- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web4.0) for adoption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Create ROI models and risk assessments for experimental technology investments
- Present future-tech roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainable implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
