Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional projects spanning R&D, product development, and venture partnerships
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible tech deployment
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizons scanning, Delphi method)
