Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into core product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to maintain first-mover advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
