Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to pioneer breakthrough solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with executive stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing technical and non-technical audiences
