Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Research and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions across global teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and regulatory landscape shifts
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience building tech roadmaps with multi-year horizons
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing Fundamentals, AI Ethics)
