Responsibilities
- Design and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab
- Secure $50M+ in R&D grants and venture capital
- Present findings to the board and C-suite with data-driven ROI models
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers and futurists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI topics
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech ventures
- Deep expertise in blockchain, quantum algorithms, and neurotech
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Solidity)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD/NASA clearance
