Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neural interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision to executive leadership and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks across product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing from IBM, AWS ML Specialty)
