Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (2026+ horizon) including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech convergence
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives and market demands
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into our ecosystem
- Present compelling tech strategy briefings to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting our innovation pipeline
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
