Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Produce foresight reports on societal and industry impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to inspire stakeholders
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
