Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive competitive intelligence analysis to maintain technological advantage
- Manage innovation budget allocation for experimental projects and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within tech-forward enterprises
- Proven track record of launching successful emerging technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three disruptive tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI) preferred
