Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product portfolios
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate breakthrough innovations
- Develop ROI models for technology investments and present executive-level recommendations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent initiatives, and thought leadership
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and P&L
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
