Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Identify strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure R&D funding through grant applications and investor pitches
- Mentor junior technologists and cultivate an innovation-focused culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in competitive analysis and market forecasting
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior success securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
