Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of leading high-impact R&D projects from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of new technologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
