- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical technology adoption frameworks across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of Gartner Hype Cycle and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent advanced degree
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Exceptional communication abilities to bridge technical and executive audiences
