Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead quantum computing and neuromorphic AI research initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic labs and startups
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling investor pitches
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development
- File 10+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and regulatory forecasting
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
