Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and assess their strategic impact on business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with long-term vision and market positioning
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, startups, and academic institutions to scout emerging innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions
- Drive the integration of emerging technologies into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
