Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Perform competitive landscape analysis and technology gap assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with 3+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in technology commercialization and innovation management
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
