Responsibilities

- Develop and implement enterprise technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Monitor competitive disruption vectors and regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
- Foster an innovation culture through internal hackathons and external ecosystem partnerships
- Quantify ROI projections for futuristic technologies using predictive modeling frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
