Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical feasibility with business objectives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D collaboration
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen solutions in IoT and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in launching tech-forward products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
