Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting innovative solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, blockchain, and other frontier technologies
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CIMP, CTO) preferred
