Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and prioritize technology investments
- Create detailed impact assessments for potential technology adoption including ROI and risk analysis
- Build relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior team members on future technology trends and strategic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar senior role
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, IoT, and other transformative technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and strategic plans
- Strong business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives with revenue goals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic planning or emerging technologies preferred
