Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their strategic implications for our industry by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Create executive-level presentations translating complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development pipelines
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of technology adoption on business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong network within tech innovation communities and research institutions
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, CTDP) preferred
