Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ AI/quantum/biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready product strategies
- Present technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field
