Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs exploring quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to identify disruptive technologies with first-mover advantage
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate emerging tech paradigms and regulatory shifts
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and impact analyses to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020+ tech adoption cycles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
