- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Present compelling tech forecasts to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business
