You'll translate complex technological trends into scalable business strategies while maintaining a relentless focus on ethical implementation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech solutions into core offerings
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and their societal impacts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe, CFTE)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders on complex tech topics
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies or strategic innovation
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for responsible tech deployment
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizonte, Delphi method)
