Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 7+ years industry application
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ commercial impact
- Deep expertise in post-quantum cryptography and AI governance frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech societal implications
