Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning to identify emerging innovations with disruptive potential (2025-2027)
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen technologies into core business operations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption and quantum computing implementation
- Represent the organization at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology adoption and change management
- Conduct ROI analysis for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic technology experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to assess complex technical feasibility
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
