Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot future technologies
- Collaborate with venture capital partners on next-gen startup investments
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons across global offices
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
