Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to identify disruptive innovations with 2026 market potential
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across product lines
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and piloting next-generation technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, etc.)
- Present compelling technology strategy narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure ROI and impact of future technology initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Knowledge of ethical tech frameworks and sustainability principles
