Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets in emerging tech domains
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption cycles and market impacts
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with experience translating tech into revenue streams
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
