Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies including quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
