Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes in quantum/AI/biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive ethics frameworks for responsible AI and biotechnology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment tools
