- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototype development and patent filings
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and lead a 12-person future technologies incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance eligibility (for government partnerships)
