Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing commercialization plans for frontier technologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience securing government grants or venture capital for tech initiatives
