Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) to develop strategic implementation plans for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to shape innovation strategy and R&D priorities
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech policy, ethical frameworks, and societal impact
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global organizations
