Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, prioritizing quantum computing, AI governance, and blockchain integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive technology trends and investment opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for technology co-development
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Oversee the creation of patent portfolios and intellectual property protection for core innovations
- Ensure all technological initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner FutureTech) or innovation management
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across global innovation hubs
- Deep understanding of technology ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate innovation lab environments
