Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing technology transformation initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
