- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced AI/ML systems
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 7+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Strong data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required
