Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen innovations into commercial applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business vision
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits and policy forums
- Build and lead cross-functional future-tech incubation teams
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across public and private sectors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed or industry publications
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
