Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, IoT) and assess strategic implications for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology integration roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present visionary technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology vendors
- Monitor competitor tech ecosystems and regulatory shifts to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully integrating emerging technologies into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and translating technical concepts to business value
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CEIM) or technology foresight highly desirable
