Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse infrastructure) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and adoption readiness
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in next-gen technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or immersive tech
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare/finance a plus)
