Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present visionary technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption and adaptation
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal tech evangelism
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of successfully launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Prior experience in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem with established industry network
