Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and research teams to align on 2026 innovation priorities
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging technology startups
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and technology forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFT, APF) or technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing technology foresight projects with ROI analysis
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and DevOps cultures
- Strong ethical compass and experience developing responsible AI frameworks
